Building cost 600,000NIS which is $159,300. The project target is $200,000USD.
With over 620 Ecclesias representing perhaps 15-20,000 people in the affluent portions of the world the project is easily achievable. The donations required would be at the level of a treat ‘coffee and cake’ at $5-15 per person.

Allowing for the inevitable differences and that some may not hear or may not wish to be involved, it is possible to achieve the project with as few as 150 Ecclesias involved.
Letters were sent to as many Ecclesias as possible in the English speaking affluent half of the Ecclesia asking if they might wish to support the project.
Response was received and moves were made to form the Ensign Project Committee. A Committee is formed by the AB’s of Newcastle Ecclesia, Australia as a representative of the Body, but help and input is welcomed.
